I have over 10 years experience working in the voluntary sector in Scotland. During this time, I have worked as an adviser, an advocate, a trainer and a manager. I also have a lifelong interest in IT as well as an honours degree in Computer Science. More often than not, I’m the person that people turn to help them get their PC doing what they want it to do (not what it wants to do)!.
Recently, I’ve decided that I can use this knowledge and experience to benefit not-for-profit organisations and small businesses. For me, this means providing appropriate, understandable IT support to organisations who need it.
